Spring is in the air and more Buyers are entering the marketplace this time of year than any other. All signs are showing a healthy pick up in the Charleston tri-county market. The first quarter of this year (Jan 1 through March 31) a total of 1,866 residential properties sold in our tri-county area. This first quarter number is on the rise from the previous two years' first quarter results when last year, during the same period, 1,712 properties sold and in 2009 only 1,469 properties sold between Jan 1 and March 31. Our numbers are certainly headed in the right direction!
